Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company, selected product and message. We use this information to respond and discuss your needs. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

If you book a call, Google Calendar collects the booking details, including your name and email, and adds the appointment to Lucas’s calendar. Google Meet provides the video call.

Website hosting and email

We use the following providers to operate this website and respond to inquiries. The form sends your inquiry by email; the website has no lead database.

• VercelWebsite hosting, request processing and abuse protection. Technical request information may be processed for security and reliability.
• ResendDelivery of contact-form inquiries to our inbox.
• Google WorkspaceOur email inboxes, appointment scheduling and Google Meet calls.

Cookies and external links

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics to this website. Booking opens Google Calendar in a separate tab; Google’s own privacy and cookie policies apply there. We do not embed its calendar scripts.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence while responding to your request and managing any resulting business relationship, and where required for recordkeeping. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@omnikortex.com. There is no website account to delete.

Service data and contact

Data processed by an agent service is addressed in the separate service arrangement. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. For questions about this website or your information, contact contact@omnikortex.com.
